GPA’s customized enrollment options harness the Internet’s power to simplify employee benefits administration and dramatically reduce the cost and errors associated with today’s paper enrollment systems. GPA's Internet-based enrollment system reduces inaccurate or fraudulent enrollment errors, while maintaining data integrity from initial submission of employee elections to final input into your payroll system. GPA accepts the industry standard 834 files from many recognized trading partners. GPA can load eligibility using an excel file from payroll systems to eliminate the need for manual entry/intervention.
Online enrollment through GPA's Internet-based enrollment system is an optional service that is available to all medical administration clients for maintaining accurate and complete plan eligibility. If selected, employees can take charge of their own enrollment and benefit selection.
